Hi Terri I’m looking forward to next week to see how you get on with your alembic it looks fabulous. The flowers are just beautiful amazing filming…sending blessings from Scotland xx
To just complain a little bit here. The worst has happened....my English Cream Doxie is not with us anymore due to spinal rupture. She just turned 5 a month ago so I am crushed and angry. We do not have a vet anywhere local that is taking new patients so she was left to suffer until we drove 300 miles one way to see a real vet in Billings Montana so it was too late for her. We had to end her suffering and now we are all grieving the terrible loss of a best friend and family member. I am thankful I just sat and held her while I sorted out what had happened. The other dogs are in depression with me. Essie was a very wonderful and special spirit so I am thankful for the time I did have with her. Her spirit is close to us for now. She came to visit as soon as we got home and the other dogs followed her around the house and garden just like they always did. Tornak was jumping and playing with her spirit in the garden this morning and so happy for a little and now just shut down. Treasuring every moment of a life is the lesson with death.
Oh Tacy, so sorry to hear of your loss and especially when she was so young. Such a waste and so upsetting for you. You must be still in shock. I hope you and the other dogs can grieve and recover knowing that she is with you in spirit xx. thinking of you and sending love xx
Can you make ice fairly easily? You may find it easiest to have a bowl of ice at the ready for replacing the cold water bath. What I've noticed with my smaller still is that the cold bath part heats up so quickly, it is hard to keep it cool. I used to use a baster to suck out the super hot water, then have ice at the ready to cool it back down quick. With my big still I am lucky to have a system where I can connect an intake of constant cool water (from the sink tap) and another outlet for the hot water to exit. So cold flows in and hot flows out. You are going to have so much fun!
I have an inlet and outlet on the condenser so the water keeps flowing without any issue but i have to get a little water pump before I can get properly started. Thanks for the tip, I might try the ice idea too xx
Since February I've been grieving for our last little border terrier who left us after 17 precious years. I feel as though my heart will never mend. She's buried in a beautiful place near her sister and it feels as though the whole garden is offering love and sympathy. The roses are in such abundance this year! Roses of every delicate shade. We have a magical arch of wild roses. It has' sheltered me as I've wept and their little faces smile at me like fairy children each morning. I have had sprays of roses like you on my altar, beside my bed and scatter petals over my girls' resting place. Always my connection has been with trees but now the flowers have stepped forward too. I love your videos Terri, they always touch my heart and bring healing wisdom just at the right time!
So sorry for your loss Vanessa. Roses are in great abundance - perhaps they are helping the many people who are losing their loved ones. I love your description of them and glad to hear the Rose arch is sheltering you. I hope your pain of loss eases xx
Wow, distilling is a dream come true. Can hardly wait to see next podcast. Lovely energy podcast. Flowers are so healing in so many ways.
Matching kittens is real special. Jazz is the sweet dog ever and Brock is so cute. I love seeing them also every week. Like having their pictures on my desk. Thank you for brightening my week.
I am very excited about the particular subject matter of this video! My husband and I used to grow and sell a salad mix, which not only had lettuce of all heirloom types, and other edible greens, but flowers! I would make a confetti of petals from flowers such as many you showed; calendula, dianthus, rose, also the pansy types and including evening primrose flowers. But I got even more excited when I saw your copper still! I know I have mentioned it to you before, but I have a 20 liter still, and distill my roses - usually my damasks but other scent roses, rose geranium, lavender, rosemary, so many wonderful flowers and plants can be distilled and made into delightful hydrosols. It is so dry in my climate, I find them particularly wonderful to spray on my face, my skin. Good to use in cooking too. You can make a cake with rose geranium waters, or thin a chocolate paste with lavender or mint or? to make a delicious cake icing. Or use herb waters like oregano, thyme, etc. in savoury dishes! Anyway, congrats on the new still!
Thank you Anne - you have given me even more ideas for using the still. Mine is only 3L so I will only be making very small batches. I just have to get the water flow sorted for the condenser and then I'll be off! xx
Perfect! Are your stove and sink close enough together, too, for that to work? That is like my big one, and it makes all the difference. A water pump is a good idea, so you can reuse the water, recirculate it through, and much less wasteful of water....
Actually when we got home from our long drive without her her spirit did come to visit. She was sort of the Leader at 19 lbs. The dogs came out of shut down mode and ran through the house following her as usual. Later in the garden the big dog got so excited jumping around and running around when her spirit came again to play with them. When she left he went back into depressed mode. The veil is very thin for some of us and dogs especially. I have a book by R. Sheldrake on this morphic field with animals I will get out. I am not up for human company at all at this point.
Thank you for the soft words. It is a huge loss and the other two of the pack are really down and now both are showing signs of eye issues, their eyes are weeping and they are rubbing them a lot. They do not want to eat or even bark at street activity. I don't care either. We are not ever going to move to the coast as it turns out and I guess I am over it. We live in a very nice place so will just stay here. The apothecary garden I now have here in third year is a real show case and has the neighbors in summersaults. Electro culture in action and a little wetter spring. Thanks for sending the warm energy helps me to cry from a totally dead space. XXXX
Wow, so beautiful and restorative to the soul just watching this video.
Thank you so much Nicholas. I am so glad you think so. Flowers are so much more than just "pretty" things. xx
Absolutely true. Flowers are created by elemental beings and have high vibrations. I am curious to see the results of your alembic next time!

Hey Tacy - how are you this week. It is going to take longer than expected with the alembic but will definitely show you at the end of june xx

Glad you enjoyed it and hope you enjoy your flowers too xx
What fun to have a beautiful copper still! Can’t wait to see what you come up with!
It will be fun - I have to get in touch with the company again and then I will be getting started xx

By the way she was a beautiful Golden color so looking for a flower or bush of that color to grow on her resting place.
