It is always best to be prepared - prevention is better than cure - and these five herbs are easily found in most kitchens. Use them in food and have them ready to hand, to make medicine when necessary. You can find out more about each one below.

If you would like to know more about making herbal medicine, I teach an Introduction to Herbal Medicine course - https://www.danusirishherbgarden.com/product/an-introduction-to-herbal-medicine-a-6-month-digital-course__trashed/ I also offer a course for women - Herbal Health for Women - https://www.danusirishherbgarden.com/product/herbal-health-for-women/ and https://www.danusirishherbgarden.com/product/digital-course-how-to-find-your-plant-ally-and-make-a-flower-essence/

I have a philosophy that plants are sentient beings and ready to help us on every level. My Wise Woman's Way course is a course that includes making plant allies and connecting with the Divine Feminine using druidic and shamanic techniques. https://www.danusirishherbgarden.com/wise-woman-way/ This is a transpersonal course which follows the Wheel of the Year.

If you visit the Shop, you can find my books, The Weed Handbooks, flower essences, greetings cards and more - https://www.danusirishherbgarden.com/product-category/products/
